Dr. Dhaval Shah
Dr. Dhaval Shah attended medical school at Terna Medical College in Navi Mumbai, India. After completing his degree, he underwent cardiology training and earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Cardiology. He practiced cardiology for two years before moving to the United States in 2016.
Dr. Shah completed his Internal Medicine residency at Rutgers, New Jersey School of Medicine, and his Cardiology fellowship at St. Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, NJ. He practiced cardiology in Hunterdon County before joining Advanced Cardiology.
Dr. Shah holds multiple board certifications in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Medicine, Echocardiography, Nuclear Cardiology, RPVI, and Cardiac CT. He is proficient in interpreting non-invasive cardiac studies and has a particular interest in Cardiac CT, Structural Cardiology, and Preventive Cardiology.
He has published numerous scientific papers and presented at various conferences in both India and the United States. Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, Marathi, and English, Dr. Shah resides in Morris County with his wife and daughter. In his free time, he enjoys watching cricket, barbecuing, and reading Indian mythology. He is a history enthusiast and loves visiting historical sites and museums.
