Andrea Colfax, RCS, RVS (Anie) graduated with Honors from Eastwick College and received her degree in Diagnostic Cardiovascular Sonography in 2021. She decided to pursue a career in healthcare when a childhood friend passed away at the age of seventeen from undiagnosed Pulmonary Hypertension. She started as a Pulmonary and Critical Care medical assistant in 2014 prior to becoming a Cardiovascular Sonographer. Being an integral part of aiding physicians to diagnose, improve and save patient lives with ultrasound is what she is most passionate about and she can truly say she loves her career. Anie lives on her family farm with her husband Steve and two dogs, Jack and Jameson. In her free time she enjoys hiking, and has summited more than half of the 46 High Peaks in the Adirondack Wilderness.
